


Refund / Return / Exchange Policy
The fit or comfort of boots and shoes is not guaranteed.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by French’s Shoes & Boots within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging, with original packing slip and
all manufacturer tags, ticket labels, and/or bar-coded tickets. If the return is the result of our error, you
received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping cost. Manufacturer defects are
covered by manufacturer warranty.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Partial refunds will be issued for the following items:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email our
customer service dept. or call us at 1-800-960-2131 to request a replacement. If you would like to
exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original
purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive. We will notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item, and we will issue a refund
in the same form of your original payment, unless you paid by check, in which case refunds cannot be
made within the first 14 days after purchase. Returns of merchandise purchased with a gift card will be
credited in the form of a store credit.
